Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others. Very good to find a reliable and competent local firm.

Recently had a job completed by Penny Building & Maintenance Services Limited, wow what a fabulous piece of work. The company put in double doors at the rear of my house and bricked areas that previously held a window and one separate door. They also assisted in removing a very unsightly wood structure from the rear of my home.The brick work colour was an exact match to my previous which I was impressed with and the quality of workmanship outstanding. I employed Penny Building to repoint my house. Since the house is 3 story and this also included high chimney stacks this was not a pleasant job. I am very pleased that I chose this firm. They were polite, considerate and friendly. They were highly professional. Adam was easy to talk to and we were able to make changes or add new developments to the work overall as it progressed. Penny was unfailingly polite and kept me informed of any
necessary changes in schedule by telephone. Since the work involved employees being around for a protracted period it would have been easy for relations to be strained but they were not. I have no hesitation recommending Penny Building and am very happy with the results of their work.
