At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. A very friendly family run service who were always happy to give advice on the most economical solution to our requirements.

Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. I will be using them again and would recommend them to others. Very good to find a reliable and competent local firm.
