Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. We engaged Penny Building to quote for and, subsequently re-build our 22-year-old conservatory, and have been entirely satisfied with the end result. Although bad weather and supply problems extended the work considerably longer than foreseen, the professional attitude of this company was irreproachable. The attention to details and meticulous planning of everyone concerned - the surveyor made three separate visits - couldn't be faulted. We'd particularly like to mention, the cheerful, energetic workman, Shane, who was always willing to go the extra distance. Workshy? Not this man!
