Penny Building provided us with a practical and affordable solution to a major kitchen conversion / house extension. At an reasonable price it has almost doubled our useable living space and the use of Velux windows in the ceiling has made the area light and airy.. Recently had a job completed by Penny Building & Maintenance Services Limited, wow what a fabulous piece of work. The company put in double doors at the rear of my house and bricked areas that previously held a window and one separate door. They also assisted in removing a very unsightly wood structure from the rear of my home.The brick work colour was an exact match to my previous which I was impressed with and the quality of workmanship outstanding. Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work.
