Penny Building and maintenance services did 3 days work on guttering/facia and painting for my 88 year old Mother in Alverstoke. The original quote was prompt and efficient and the work carried out to a high standard. On the last day they stayed until 9pm to complete the work. Recently had a job completed by Penny Building & Maintenance Services Limited, wow what a fabulous piece of work. The company put in double doors at the rear of my house and bricked areas that previously held a window and one separate door. Part of my roof & conservatory roof were extensively damaged in the storm on 20/11/13.
